Love the tone on this one. Super efficient with air, sweet and soulful tone - well balanced - quiet to moderate in volume yet has good energy. What would be a C nat note on a D whistle must be played half holed instead of with a cross fingering as the various cross fingerings yield a sharp b7 note. Still, totally worth it on this whistle as the tone is just gorgeous! A really nice one for slow airs and such where you can really show off the tone of this whistle.
