Made by the late great Paul Hayward. His whistles Blayne’s been playing his whistles for over a decade and he still regards Paul’s whistles as some of the finest ever made. His favorite / primary whistle is a silkstone. All known for a very clear tone - but still with character. Very rare to see them come up. PVC has nice warm done.
