A beautifully voiced Eb whistle with clear, bright tone across both registers. The upper octave is glassy and pure; the lower octave retains a satisfying woody warmth. Intonation is excellent throughout. This is a real player.

The body is cocobolo with stainless fittings. The instrument is essentially new, never having been sold from the maker's own stock, and shows no signs of play wear.

About the Maker

The late/great Glenn A. Schultz Sr. worked out of Oxford, Michigan under the Thin Weasel Woodwinds name. He handcrafted whistles from exotic woods as well as man-made materials. He mentored whistle maker Paul Busman, and earned a loyal following among traditional players for his careful voicing and intonation.
