Returns
Restocking Fee: 3% for card orders (4% for international).
We include a restocking fee because payment processors like Stripe and PayPal no longer refund their fees to us when an order is canceled or returned. This wasn’t always the case, but it’s now standard across most major platforms.
New Lowden Guitars ship free within the U.S. and are eligible for buy now, pay later options at checkout. If returned, the original shipping cost—typically around $80—will be deducted from your refund. For orders placed using Buy Now, Pay Later, a 6% restocking fee also applies.
Deadline: Request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be in original condition.
Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software, and opened CDs/DVDs.
How to Return
Email support@irishflutestore.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your name and order number.
Refunds
If approved, once received:
Card payments: Processed in 3 days.
Other payments: Refund issued by check.

International Orders
Import duties and taxes usually apply, and they can be substantial. To estimate potential charges, use Simply Duty's Online Calculator ( Use HS Code 9205.90 ).
Important! If you refuse to accept your shipment due to duty or import taxes, you may still be responsible for these charges. If they remain unpaid, we reserve the right to deduct the amount from your refund to ensure payment is made to the appropriate authorities.
We label all shipments accurately as merchandise, as required by law. Requests to mark items as gifts or repairs cannot be honored, as this would violate customs regulations. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping to a Freight Forwarder:
We verify all shipping addresses before dispatch. If you choose to ship to a freight forwarding company, please note that this is at your own risk. Our 7-day return policy does not apply, and we cannot guarantee the safe delivery of your items. In the event of loss or damage during transit, claims cannot be filed.
