The Trad by Tony Dixon is our favorite cheap & cheerful whistle.  Nice sweet & clean tone with just a pinch of edge/breath - what us whistle players like to call "chiff".  Also nice that it has an in-tune 0xx 000 cross fingered C Natural note.  Nickel body with plastic mouthpiece.
