Very light in the hands, with a lovely tone, and a great player. The finger holes are medium-sized and comfortable for most hands, and the head joint is unlined.
Six keys, mounted on blocks in the Rudall & Rose manner, with blocks already fitted on the foot joint so foot keys can be added later. The blackwood is in excellent order, with no cracks or repairs. It comes in its original oval wooden case, fitted and lined in green felt.
