A Whorfin Woods high D with a lively, chiffy voice. It has a little more attack than the purer-toned whistles this maker typically turns out, which suits players who like a whistle with a bit more chiffy character.
It was originally purchased directly from Charles Tarrio, from his seconds list, and is number 224 in his production. It has been kept in a humidity-controlled case and is in excellent condition,.
