The Oak Classic Pennywhistle has long been regarded as one of the more widely respected whistles in its price class. The body is solid brass with a triple nickel-plated finish. The mouthpiece is a distinctive adjustable plastic fipple that allows the player to tune the whistle by sliding the head up or down on the body. This is the high C version, a whole step below the standard D whistle. The tone is bright with a slight edge in the upper register, and the whistle requires less air than many comparable budget instruments. Includes a fingering chart. New condition.
