8-key Rudall-style flute by Chris Norman, crafted in blackwood with wide silver rings and a half-lined headjoint. Features a tuning slide with a blackwood sleeve and small toneholes (hole 4: 7.2mm). The embouchure is slightly oval (11mm x 10.6mm). Strong bottom D, excellent tuning, and great energy throughout. Versatile across styles from Irish traditional to Classical. A beautifully made, uncompromising player.
