Fantastic playing flute by William Hall. Intonation is excellent when tuned to A440. Small holes. Perfect for someone with smaller hands or for one who love the articulative quality of smaller holed flutes. Still has a nice amount of power with a strong bottom D. Terry McGee made a head joint for this flute with his Eccentric Bore cut embouchure which gives the flute a bit more power and brightness. The original head joint is wonderful as well - very responsive, efficient, sweet and slightly dark in tone.
