Dating from the 1860s–70s, this flute was restored by Hammy Hamilton in 2014. The silver long F key is missing, and the corresponding tonehole has been expertly plugged by Hammy, so it is offered as a 5-key instrument. There is a sealed hairline crack in the barrel. It plays at high pitch (A ≈ 452 Hz), which was typical for the era. The headjoint is fully lined. A lively, sprightly player. Includes a non-original case.
