Six-key, short footed type in the key of F. Made of blackwood with an ebonite barrel (antique replacement stamped with different serial number than the blackwood sections) and German silver furnishings in very good condition. This flute is a lovely example of the top line Hawkes marching band flute. It has been recently serviced. Plays well at A440 with the slide out about 8mm.
