John Gallagher 6-key Pratten flute in D, crafted from blackwood with silver keys. This is a strong player's instrument built for power and performance without compromise.
The flute features large holes characteristic of Pratten-style design and delivers the robust tone associated with this configuration. Blayne notes this flute rates top marks across the board and is in excellent condition.
The original barrel section cracked and was replaced by John Gallagher with a new barrel made from polished Delrin. The instrument comes with a Northwind case.
