This flute features small holes and plays similarly to a Rudall. It rewards a player with a refined and tight embouchure, offering a decent amount of power. The instrument plays best at A=452 Hz but can be played at A=440 Hz with the slide extended further, though the low D may go slightly flat unless given a strong punch.
The main bodyโs 6 keys work very well, while the bottom C#/C keys would need more adjustment to function optimally.
