The Muramatsu ST Model Concert Flute is a professional-grade instrument made from solid sterling silver, including the headjoint, body, and keys. It was produced between 1962 and 1981 and replaced by the AD model in 1981. The ST model is known for its rich, lush sound and excellent tonal flexibility, making it highly sought after by both advanced students and professional musicians.

These flutes are typically hand-cut and feature open-hole (French) keys, white gold springs, and drawn tone holes. Despite being an older model, the Muramatsu ST is appreciated for its full, powerful sound and reliable performance, similar to more recent DS models.
