An exceptional blackwood O'Riordan, with all the qualities you would expect from one: that clear, glassy, bell-like tone and excellent intonation.
The head carries Pat O'Riordan's signature with the date 2002, along with the serial F1-783. The whistle is in excellent condition, and it comes in a hinged wooden case, acquired separately, with Custy's Music Shop engraved on the lid.
About the Maker
The late Pat O'Riordan made his whistles in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and they are remarkably consistent from one whistle to the next.
