Condition: Excellent. 19th century antique restored by Patrick Olwell.
Stamped Noblet Jeune Fils (JF translated "Youngest Son")
Fantastic player with very good intonation. Once warmed up, plays at A440 with the slider pushed in all the way.
The head joint of the D flute is either from a different flute, or was stamped by the vendor with a different name from the rest of the flute. It has a much bigger sound than a typical French flute as the chimney height is taller, and the bore a bit bigger; very nice low D and plays the bottom notes, C# and C really well.
