This whistle is in excellent condition and has a clear, bright tone. It comes with Park's ingenious variable tone ring which enables you to adjust the volume of the whistle by opening or closing a ring at the windway. This is a very nice playing whistle. When it is at it's loudest its a moderate volume whistle and come become quieter by adjusting the tone ring.
