These do not come through often. The Shaw low D has that chiffy, fluty air to the tone that the maker is known for; if you have ever wondered what a Clarke original would sound like carried down to low D, this is close to the answer.
The body is folded nickel silver, conical along its length, with a carved wooden block in the head.
A custom leather case is included, hand-stitched in russet leather with a snap closure. It is a well made thing in its own right.
