The Duo is built around a single body that takes two different heads: a standard whistle fipple head, and a side-blown flute head that turns the same body into a simple-system flute. One instrument covers both playing approaches without needing a second body.
It's available as a high D in polymer, built on the same body as the plain Polymer soprano D. The low D comes either in polymer with the tapered bore, or in aluminum, matching the Modern line's construction.
